Flea and Tick Control (Starting from $100)
Fleas and ticks are more than just a nuisance—they pose serious health risks to both humans and pets. Fleas can transmit diseases such as bubonic plague, typhus, and cat scratch fever, while ticks are known carriers of Lyme disease, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, anaplasmosis, and babesiosis. Protect your family and pets with our specialized flea and tick control treatment. Our service includes a comprehensive, single treatment to address either indoor or outdoor infestations (please note: treatments are not applicable for both areas at the same time). The treatment involves an effective combination of an insecticidal spray and an insect growth regulator (IGR) to break the life cycle of these pests and prevent future infestations.
Indoor Treatment:
- Before our visit, we recommend vacuuming the affected areas thoroughly to remove any visible pests, eggs, or larvae.
- Once the treatment is complete, allow the area to dry fully (typically 2–3 hours), and then vacuum again to remove any dead fleas or ticks.
- To prevent re-infestation, dispose of the vacuum bag outside in a sealed bag to avoid pests from crawling back into your home.
- We focus on areas where fleas and ticks are most likely to hide, such as around the yard, under trees, bushes, and in shady or damp areas where pets may frequent.
- Our outdoor treatment provides long-lasting protection, ensuring that fleas and ticks are kept at bay, especially during peak seasons.
- Fleas and ticks can be difficult to control, especially if you have pets that go outside. Our treatments are designed to target both the adult fleas and the larvae, breaking the cycle of reinfestation.
- For homes with multiple pets or ongoing flea/tick problems, additional treatments may be necessary to ensure complete eradication.
Prices may vary depending on the size of the property, severity of infestation, and complexity of work. There is a $100 missed appointment fee. Prices subject to change without notice.
