Cockroach Control

Cockroaches can carry salmonella, E. coli, gastroenteritis, and typhoid fever.

Please note that it usually takes 3-6 monthly treatments to achieve full control. Each monthly treatment will eliminate approximately 75-90% of the roach population, and you may notice increased cockroach activity for about one week after treatment. Cockroaches thrive in cluttered and unsanitary conditions, and activity may persist even with treatment if conditions remain cluttered and unsanitary.

Before we visit, please remove all items from the top of the refrigerator and stove. We will need to move the refrigerator and stove to apply the treatment.

Our treatment protocol includes a combination of insecticidal spray, insect growth regulators (to inhibit cockroach reproduction), insecticidal dust (for inaccessible areas) and cockroach bait. In severe cases, we may also drill holes in cabinets and walls to apply either insecticidal dust or insecticidal foam (according to site conditions).

Price Schedule:

1. Tier 1: ($250 minimum) - Dry flowable bait, gel bait, and insect growth regulator discs.
2. Tier 2: ($325 minimum) - Dry flowable bait, gel bait, insect growth regulator discs, and insecticidal spray.
3. Tier 3: ($400 minimum) - Dry flowable bait, gel bait, insect growth regulator discs, insecticidal/insect growth regulator spray.
4. Tier 4: ($550 minimum) - Dry flowable bait, gel bait, insect growth regulator discs, insecticidal/insect growth regulator spray and insecticidal dust. Drill holes in walls (every 16") and cabinets in order to treat wall voids with either insecticidal dust or insecticidal foam (based on site conditions).
