How Ozone Works (The Simple Science)

We use commercial ozone generators to create Ozone, a powerful, active gas. Because it's a gas, it can reach every corner, air duct, and crack that liquid cleaners miss.

Deep Cleaning: Ozone gas travels everywhere air goes, penetrating deep into carpets, furniture, and fabrics.
Odor Destruction: It starts a powerful chemical reaction by attaching to odor molecules. This process breaks the odor molecules down into harmless, odorless byproducts, like pure oxygen (O2).
Germ Killer: While working, the ozone treatment also destroys bacteria, viruses, and mold spores in the air and on surfaces, providing a deep level of sanitation.

Critical Safety and Preparation Steps

Ozone treatment is highly effective but must be done safely. The treatment area must be completely empty and sealed. For your safety, the following is required:

Everyone Must Leave: All people, pets, and indoor plants must be removed from the treatment area and the entire home/building for the duration of the treatment (usually 2-4 hours).
Air Out Time: After the treatment is finished, we use fans to clear the space. The area must remain empty until the air has fully cleared (usually an additional 2-4 hours). We will confirm when it is safe to re-enter.

Includes the full Ozone treatment PLUS a specialized electrostatic spray of a hospital-grade disinfectant. This process sanitizes all surfaces and hard-to-reach areas.
Tier 3: The Complete Restoration (Elimination + Disinfection + Enzyme)
Our most thorough service. This 3-step process combines Ozone, the disinfectant spray, AND a powerful enzyme neutralizer to break down tough biological messes (like old urine and feces).

Price Schedule (Minimum Per Room):

Tier 1: ($150 minimum) - Powerful ozone treatment to eliminate odors.
Tier 2: ($225 minimum) - Ozone treatment plus electrostatic application of hospital-grade disinfectant.
Tier 3: ($300 minimum) - Comprehensive 3-step process for full deep cleaning and lasting odor elimination.
