How Ozone (O₃) Eliminates Smells at the Source

We use state-of-the-art ozone technology. Ozone is a highly active gas (O₃). It works by destroying the molecules that cause the odor, rather than just covering them up.

1. Ozone finds the odors. It searches for and attaches to the smell molecules.
2. It destroys them. The ozone breaks the odor molecules down completely.
3. It cleans everywhere. Ozone gets into places sprays can't reach, like carpets, air ducts, walls, and small cracks. It also kills mold, bacteria, and viruses.

Note: Since ozone is potent, we do treatments in empty rooms. The space must be properly aired out before you return.

Tiered Service: The Power of Three Steps

In our higher service tiers, we add more powerful cleaning methods for a deeper effect:

• Disinfection Spray: In our Tier 2 and Tier 3 service, we add a hospital-grade disinfectant. We use a special electrostatic sprayer that gives a complete, 360-degree clean of all surfaces and high-touch areas. This dramatically cuts down on germs and microbes.
• Enzyme Cleaner: Our Tier 3 service adds a powerful bacterial and enzymatic odor neutralizer. This formula works at a microscopic level to break down biological messes. It's the best way to eliminate smells from urine, feces, or decomposing materials for good.

This multi-step approach gives you a cleaner, safer, and fresher environment fast, without using harsh, lasting chemicals.

Price Schedule:

1. Tier 1: ($150/room minimum) - Powerful ozone treatment to eliminate odors at the source.
2. Tier 2: ($225/room minimum) - Ozone treatment plus electrostatic application of hospital-grade disinfectant to sanitize surfaces and reduce pathogens.
3. Tier3: ($300/room minimum) - Comprehensive 3-step process combining ozone, electrostatic disinfectant spray, and bacterial/enzymatic odor neutralization for deep cleaning and lasting odor elimination

Prices may vary depending on the size of the property, severity of infestation, and complexity of work. There is a $100 missed appointment fee. Prices subject to change without notice.
