The Latest Technology
We use the latest technology in our pest control practice, including the following:
- Alligare-90 Non-ionic surfactant
We use Alligare-90 non-ionic surfactant in our spray treatments. EPA field studies have shown that using a surfactant increases pest mortality by up to +50%.
How Alligare-90 improves performance: Alligare-90 breaks surface tension and helps the spray spread evenly and stick to waxy, hairy or water
resistant surfaces (like insect exoskeletons). It increases surface contact and ensures better coverage and penetration on porous surfaces like wood,
concrete and mulch. Alligare-90 also improves rainfastness, meaning that rainfall and dew are less likely to wash the treatment away.
Alligare-90 is also non-ionic. A non-ionic surfactant like Alligare-90 is a neutral molecule that does not react chemically with most pesticides or herbicides.
Some pesticides are anionic (negatively charged) or cationic (positively charged). If you used an anionic or cationic surfactant, it could bind with or neutralize certain active ingredients — reducing effectiveness. A non-ionic surfactant plays nice with nearly everything. It just spreads and sticks the solution better without interfering.
- Aprehend and Low Volume Sprayer Kit
Aprehend is a biopesticide designed to eliminate bed bugs using Beauveria bassiana, a naturally occurring fungal pathogen. When bed bugs come into contact with the sprayed surface, fungal spores attach to their exoskeleton and germinate, penetrating their body and causing infection. Within 3 to 7 days, the infected bed bugs die, but before they do, they spread the spores to others through direct contact, creating a cascading effect that eliminates the infestation. Aprehend remains effective for up to three months on treated surfaces, providing long-term residual protection. It is best applied as a perimeter treatment around bed frames, furniture, and baseboards to intercept bed bug movement and maximize exposure.
- BAUER 20V Cordless 7 Gallon Wet/Dry HEPA Vacuum
We use the HEPA vacuum to remove bed bugs, cockroaches, rodent droppings, nests, and other debris. Our cleaning process includes vacuuming behind your oven and refrigerator — common hiding spots for pests.
- Cen-Tech Infrared Laser Thermometer
We use the infrared laser thermometer when we need a more precise temperature measurement.
- Dual Lens Industrial Endoscope with 16.5 foot semi-rigid cable
We use the industrial endoscope for inspecting hard to reach areas, finding pests in wall cavities, visualizing damage and nesting sites,
checking for bed bugs, locating moisture issues and tracking rodent movement.
- Electronic Rodent Traps
We've found that snap traps aren't always effective, and some customers don't want to use rodenticides on their property. In these cases, electronic
rodent traps are an eco-friendly and effective option. They are humane, efficient, safe, clean, use no poison or chemicals, reusable, and discreet.
- Electrostatic Handheld Sprayer
We use electrostatic spraying technology to deliver better pest protection — faster, safer, and more effectively.
Electrostatic sprayers use a special charging process that gives each tiny droplet of pest control solution a positive electrical charge. These charged particles are naturally attracted to surfaces—including hard-to-reach areas—allowing the spray to wrap around and cling to every surface, edge, and underside.
Benefits to you
- 360° Coverage: Reaches areas that traditional sprayers miss, like the underside of furniture, baseboards, and hidden cracks.
- Reduced Chemical Use: Better coverage means we can use less product, reducing environmental impact while maintaining effectiveness.
- Faster Treatment: Our cordless handheld sprayer allows us to work quickly and efficiently—most treatments take less time with no mess.
- Safer Application: Fine droplets dry quickly and stick where they’re needed—no pooling, dripping, or excessive residue.
Whether we’re treating a residential home, office, restaurant, or warehouse, electrostatic spraying ensures that every surface is protected — without overapplying or missing hidden zones where pests like to hide.

- Handheld Thermal Imaging Camera
We use the thermal imaging camera for locating hot spots, detecting bed bugs, moisture detection, tracking pest movement, assessing
effectiveness of pest control measures, and inspecting insulation and entry points.
- Lightweight Stethoscope
We use the stethoscope for detecting ant or rodent activity, locating infestations behind walls or ceilings, tracking pest activity,
listening for other pest sounds, and pinpointing / confirming infestation areas.
- Ozone Generator
Our Ozone Generator is an advanced solution for tackling stubborn odors caused by pest infestations. Using powerful ozone technology, it effectively neutralizes the odors from dead rodents, insects, and other pests, as well as their waste and nesting materials. Ozone works by breaking down the molecular structure of odor-causing compounds, eliminating them at the source rather than simply masking them. This makes it an ideal tool for pest control professionals looking to provide a comprehensive solution to odor removal in commercial and residential spaces. Safe, efficient, and highly effective, our ozone generators are designed to restore a fresh, clean environment in even the most challenging situations. Whether you're dealing with a recent infestation or residual odors, our ozone technology ensures your space is not only odor-free but also healthier for occupants and visitors.
- Pinless non-destructive Moisture Meter
We use the moisture meter for finding moisture problems, locating carpenter ant infestations, identifying water damage
and leak issues, identifying post treatment conditions, identifying mold growth, assessing insulation and
building materials, identifying leaks in plumbing and roofing and guiding treatment plans.
- TOTTE Handheld Pressurized Steam Cleaner
We use the steam cleaner for flushing out and exterminating a variety of different pests, including ants, bed bugs, carpet beetles, cockroaches, dust mites, earwigs, fleas, silverfish, spiders, ticks and other general pests. The hot pressurized steam is 221° Fahrenheit and kills pests and their eggs on
contact.
